I would love to make a special piece for you. Beware, though, that these will be similar but not exact to the piece shown in the reference photo, since color might vary from one firing to the next, and since each sculpture is made individually by me, without the use of any molds or other “cookie-cutting” techniques ;)

When you place your order, write the details you’ve chosen in the comments section. Once you have placed your order, I will email you within 24h so you can send me a photo and any other details that you would like me to include in the portrait.

Please note that custom orders can take up to 6-8 weeks to be shipped, so make sure to let me know if you need your sculpture for a specific date.

I pack all my orders very carefully, but please make sure you are careful when handling your new piece, since clay will brake if it not treated gently (don’t use it to push a nail on the wall, or to try your gravity hypotheses).

With the exception of Raku and pit-fired pieces, all bowls/ cups/ plates/ soap dishes/ etc are food-safe, microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe, although I suggest hand washing and no microwave, if you want to preserve their delicate finish.

Please ask any questions you might have before ordering, and make sure to use the comments box for any details on custom or made-to-order pieces. I photograph my sculptures and provide all the information I think you might need, but please let me know if I am missing something.

If something is not right, I will do my best to make it right. All I want is for us all to be happy. Note, however, that buyer is responsible for professional fedex packaging and return postage on any returns.

I typically ship orders within 1-2 business days through the United States Postal Service. Please contact me before placing an order if you have special shipping requests such as express mail or insurance. These services may be purchased for additional charge. Please provide your shipping address and country, so that the additional costs may be determined.

All orders are shipped to the address listed on your account unless you notify me differently. Please be extra careful when writing these details, since I can not be responsible for errors on the part of the buyer, such as errors in the shipping address provided.

INTERNATIONAL:
In some countries it may take 4+ weeks for your package to arrive. Please be patient :)

All custom orders are final and cannot be returned. I love my art and want you to love it too, but if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me and I will try to find a solution for you. I will issue you a refund (minus the shipping costs), if I deem it appropriate.

Should an item arrive damaged, please send me a photo of it within 24 hours. Save all your packaging materials, and file a claim with the Postal Service. I want to make sure that you are completely happy. However, breaks that occur in the care of the customer are not covered. These items are very delicate and breaks do happen when not carefully handled.

Items that are shipped back to me must be professionally wrapped by FED EX.

Please look around. Everything was made by me, with love, whimsy, and lots of attention to detail. All of my pieces are one-of-a-kind; I can replicate them, but they will never be exact, so if you love something you see, don’t think about it for too long (talking from experience, here!).

Shipping and delivery dates vary as many of the items listed in my shop are custom made. Of course if it is in stock, delivery dates could be within 1-2 weeks of order and payment.
